Milky uses Australia Post to deliver all parcels, $10 standard shipping charge will apply to all orders within Australia. Any orders over $100 will receive free postage within Australia.

Simply forward your order to email@example.com including the Style Number, (SKU eg. 115W68) desired size, and credit card details. If you are technically savvy a screen shot of your Shopping Cart will suffice.
We will then process your order, obtain a quote for postage and notify you of the total amount to be charged to your nominated card.
Your order will be processed within 2 days if placed on a business day. Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 3-5 business days. These delivery times are an estimate but we will endeavour to minimise any delays. If urgent shipping is required, please be sure to email us firstname.lastname@example.org

Customers credit card details are not stored by the website only passed to the bank for processing. Your credit card payments are processed securely and via secure eWay payment gateway in conjunction with the National Australia Bank.
All items you have ordered will be packed and sent via Australia Post. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is completed.
A copy of your invoice will be included with your order.
If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Simply contact us via email including your order number, information as to the item, its style number and condition, your preferred outcome (exchange or refund), attach clear photographic images of your concern with the item to your correspondence.
Please note we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
As Milky is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Milky items purchased in Myer, Baby Bunting, or Independent stores are subject to their returns policies and procedures. Milky cannot accept returns for items that have not been purchased online.
