We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new Milky Clothing! We always do our best to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to have orders dispatched within 2-3 business days however during busy sales periods like Black Friday this can take longer. You'll receive notification via email as soon as your order has been dispatched with your tracking number.
Regular Delivery
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120* - Australia only (3-6 Business days)
- Standard shipping $12.00 flat rate - Australia only (3-6 Business days) please note WA orders may take longer (5 - 8 days).
- Express shipping: $18.50 flat rate (1-2 Business days, available for selected Australian postcodes only, Mon-Fri)
- International shipping: $25.00 flat rate.
- New Zealand - Free shipping to New Zealand on orders over $AU250 (6-27 business days).
Click & Collect (Geelong Only)
- Free local pick up in South Geelong - Parcels can only be collected Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30am - 4pm. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to collect.
- Milky Clothing, 3/19 Raptor Place, South Geelong (the warehouse behind Premier Lifts).
- Orders must be collected within 10 days of placing the order. Orders not collected will be void. If you chose to have your parcel posted you will be charged standard shipping fees.
Warehouse Christmas Closure
The warehouse will be closed on Friday 6, December from 11am - 4pm and from Friday 20, December 4pm until Monday 6, January 9:30am. No Click and Collect will be available during this time.
During busy sale periods we are unable to make changes to your order. Please ensure that your address is correct. If the matter is urgent please phone 03 5221 7902. Please note if the order has been fulfilled or dispatched we will not be able to make changes.
