Refunds Policy and Terms
Hey we get it! Your kids are growing at a rapid rate and sometimes things don't always fit, aren’t exactly what you were expecting or you’ve changed your mind. We want to make sure you’re happy with your product and love it, like we know you will.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
FREE EXCHANGES: We provide Free Exchanges on all full price items that adhere to the Exchange/Return condition. If you’d like to swap the size, if available, we’ll cover the cost of postage for your exchange (Australian full price orders only). We will place your desired size aside for 14 days and once the exchange items are received the correct size will be posted to you. You will receive notification with a new tracking number once dispatched.
EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER ITEM: If your desired size isn't available or you didn't like the style of your original item you can exchange for another item, opt for a store credit or return on full price items (standard shipping rates apply for returns). If the new item selected is more expensive you'll be prompted to complete the payment before the exchange is complete. If the exchange item is less expensive you'll be offered a store credit for the remaining amount.
EASY RETURNS: We accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the Exchange/Return conditions. We'll happily provide a full refund, standard shipping rates will apply. Alternatively we can provide a refund in the form of a store credit. Please note, that any payments refunded through Afterpay will incur a 6% fee.
Return items must be received within 14 days of submitting the form. Once received, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We are more than happy for you to return or exchange full price items that adhere to our requirements within the 30 day timeframe. You'll need to cover the cost of all postage for all International Returns and Exchanges.
DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS
SALE EXCHANGES: If you’d like to swap the size of an item that you have purchase during the sale period you will need to cover the cost of all postage. You will be prompted to make payment before completing the exchange process. We will place your desired size hold for 14 days please ensure your items are returned within this timeframe to avoid the item being sold. You will receive notification with a new tracking number once dispatched. If the desired item or size isn't available you will have the option to select a store credit delivered in the form of a digital gift card.
SALE REFUNDS: Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
SALE: Prices as marked. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or bundle. Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds on sale items however we're happy to exchange for the correct size if available, you will just need to cover the cost of all postage.
OUTLET/ARCHIVE, BARGAIN BIN AND FINAL SALE: Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered on items purchased in the Archive, Outlet, Bargain Bin or marked ‘Final Sale’, unless faulty. If an item is faulty you'll be asked to provide a photo and your submission will be reviewed.
PROMOTIONS: All items purchased during an online promotion with the use of a discount code or an automatic discount applied at checkout, are subject to the Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant promotion. These Terms and Conditions are outlined online at the time of the promotion. By purchasing during these times you’re agreeing to the terms & conditions and return policy surrounding the promotion.
FAULTY: We take extreme care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality. Made to play and designed to last is the motto we live by. If for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we’ll happily replace it for you. Please complete the returns and exchange form above so we’re able to rectify the issue with your faulty item.
ITEM AVAILABILITY: On the rare occasion an item is sold-out at the time of purchase, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund on the item.
BUNDLE DISCOUNTS
BABY & KIDS BUNDLES: Baby and Kids Essential Bundles are pre-packaged and the discount is already applied. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, bundle or sale period. When exchanging/returning a Bundle the full set must be exchanged/ returned.
BUY 3 LEGGINGS & SAVE 15%: Purchase a combination of any 3 or more full priced leggings from the Leggings Edit and receive 15% off. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, bundle or sale period. Discount applied automatically in cart. Offer subject to change.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
10% OFF FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS: Milky Clothing offers 10% off on your next full price order for customers who subscribe to our newsletter. This will not impact your exchange and return terms on full price items. By subscribing you agree to receive marketing materials, we promise only to send you the good stuff! Discount is only valid for one order per customer and applies to full priced items only. Discount cannot be added after the purchase has been completed. It cannot be used during sale or promotional periods and does not include gift-cards. Please email support@milkyclothing.com.au if you have any questions or issues.
GIFT VOUCHERS: Milky Gift Vouchers are valid at milkyclothing.com.au. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is given. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using Afterpay or any pay later service. Gift cards do not expire and can be used in multiple transactions. This means gift cards can be used for any period of time until the balance reaches zero. If you make a purchase using the gift card for an amount that exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.
SUPPLIERS: Milky items purchased from The Iconic, Swimwear Galore or independent stores are subject to their returns policies and procedures. Please contact the original merchant to discuss returns, exchanges or faulty items. Milky cannot accept returns for items that have not been purchased via www.milkyclothing.com.au
