We always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible so your kids can get out and play in their new gear ASAP.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. During busy sale periods this may take 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Collection hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:00pm. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
Collection window: Orders must be collected within 10 days. Orders not collected within this time will be void.
If you'd like your order posted instead, standard shipping fees will apply.
Once dispatched you'll receive tracking details from Australia Post. For updates after dispatch please track via Australia Post or contact them directly.
Need to change your order? Email support@milkyclothing.com.au immediately. If your order has already been dispatched we won't be able to make changes.
During sitewide sale events the free shipping threshold does not apply. Standard rates apply to all orders regardless of value.
On the rare occasion an item sells out after you've ordered, we'll notify you by email and offer a replacement or full refund.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 2–3 business days please contact us at support@milkyclothing.com.au.
My tracking hasn't updated — is my order lost?
Don't panic — tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, especially during busy periods. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days please contact Australia Post directly or email us and we'll investigate.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email us at support@milkyclothing.com.au as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched we're unable to make changes — you'll need to contact Australia Post directly to arrange a redirect.
I wasn't home for delivery — what happens?
Australia Post will either leave your parcel in a safe location or leave a card with collection instructions. You can manage delivery preferences through the Australia Post app — we recommend setting up safe drop in advance.
I ordered express but it's taking longer than expected
Express shipping is available for selected Australian postcodes only and operates Monday–Friday. Express timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed by Australia Post during peak periods. If it's been more than 3 business days please contact us and we'll follow up on your behalf.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged packaging and item and email us at support@milkyclothing.com.au. We'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
I haven't received my order confirmation email
Please check your spam or junk folder first — our emails occasionally end up there. If it's not there, email us at support@milkyclothing.com.au with your name and the email address used at checkout. Please do not re-order as this may result in a duplicate purchase.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes — standard shipping via Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes. Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
