How do I enter?
Make any purchase at www.milkyclothing.com.au to go into the draw to win the Dyson Airwrap valued at $AUD 749.00. Once your order is received you will automatically be entered into the draw. Each new order will give you another entry into the draw. One (1) winner will be drawn on Tuesday 26, November 2024.

Any orders already placed in our sale period, (after Thursday 21st November, 10am AEDT) will also receive an entry into the giveaway.
How many times can I enter the draw?

• As many times as you want. There is no limit. For each order that is placed you’ll be (re)entered into the current draw.
• When will the prizes be drawn?
• We will draw the winners on Tuesday 26th November, 2024.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promoter is Milky Clothing (ABN: 29 826 724 701), 3/19 Raptor Place, South Geelong VIC 3220. 
• Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
• Promotion commences at 10am on 21/11/2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 25/11/2024 (“Promotional Period”).
• To be eligible to enter individuals must complete an order, purchased from www.milkyclothing.com.au
• The winner will be selected at random for the eligible orders placed during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place at Milky Clothing, 3/19 Raptor Place, South Geelong VIC 3220. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner (1) will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner must respond via email within seven (7) days of receiving the winning email to claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize will result in a re-draw and the prize will be allocated to the next order drawn at random.

The valid entry drawn from all entries received will win the prize of a Dyson Airwrap Origin Multi-Styler & Dryer valued at RRP $AUD 749.00

• Prize will not be awarded as cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
• Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Subject to the unclaimed prize draw, if for any reason a winner does not take or redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
• If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
