We'd love your opinion on your new Milky purchase. Leave a review to go into the draw to win a $250 gift card. Just submit your review & we'll send you an email if you're the winner.

How do I enter?
Leave a review on a product which you’ve purchased, you’ll be sent a follow up email following your purchase with details on how to do this. Once your review is approved and published you will be entered into the draw.

One winner will be drawn every three months. Including a photo in your review will give you a bonus entry into the draw.

Submitting two photos will give a total of three entries into the draw (one for each photo and one for the review).

Do the reviews need to be positive?
No, we want to know what you really think. Your honest opinion and true reflection of your experience with the product will help us most. Positive, neutral and negative reviews that are published to the site will all go into the draw.

How many times can I enter the draw?
As many times as you want. There is no limit. For each review that is approved and published on the website you’ll be (re)entered into the current draw.

When will the prizes be drawn?
We will draw the winners from the last three months' reviews on the 3rd (or next business day) of the month following the entry period. First draw 3rd September 2023.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is Milky Clothing (ABN: 29 826 724 701), 3/19 Raptor Place, South Geelong VIC 3220

Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Promotion commences on 16/5/2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 2/9/2023 (“Promotional Period”).

To be eligible to enter individuals must complete a rating and review of a product purchased from milkyclothing.com.au following the instructions provided in a follow up email 14 days post order fulfillment.

The draw will take place at Milky Clothing, 3/19 Raptor Place, South Geelong VIC 3220.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 

1. The valid entry drawn from all entries received will win the prize of a $250 e-giftcard for use at milkyclothing.com.au. Prize will not be awarded as cash and is not redeemable for cash. 
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw, if for any reason a winner does not take or redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
7. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
8. Total prize pool value is AUD $250.00. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. The e-giftcard has no expiry date.
