Terms and conditions
  1. Promoter. The promoter is Milky Clothing Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]) of [ADDRESS] ("Milky", "we", "us").
  2. Promotion period. The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on Sunday 11 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Milky and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to enter. To enter, submit your email address through the entry form on this page during the promotion period. Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be counted as one entry.
  5. Prize. There is one prize: a Milky Clothing gift voucher valued at $500 (AUD), redeemable online at milkyclothing.com.au. The voucher is valid for [VOUCHER EXPIRY] from the date of issue, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Any unused balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited.
  6. Draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at [ADDRESS] at [TIME] AEDT on [DRAW DATE]. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  7. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw. The winner's first name and suburb may be announced on Milky's Instagram and website.
  8. Unclaimed prize. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place at the same location at [TIME] AEDT on [REDRAW DATE]. Any redraw winner will be notified by email within two business days.
  9. Marketing and privacy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Milky. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Personal information collected will be used to run this promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  10. Social media. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
  11. General. Milky reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or provides false information. If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Milky's control, Milky may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable state or territory law. Milky's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
